We’re looking for a MarTech Product Lead to own and evolve AIBY’s internal marketing technology ecosystem. This is a high-impact role for a product manager who has already built MarTech platforms for mobile apps and is ready to define vision, architecture, and long-term strategy at scale. You won’t be optimizing someone else’s tools — you’ll be defining how growth works at AIBY for years to come.

- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AIBY’s internal MarTech ecosystem
- Build tools that empower Performance Marketing, Creative, Growth, and Analytics teams to move faster and smarter. Partner closely with these teams to identify growth bottlenecks and turn them into product solutions
- Lead discovery through deep user research with internal stakeholders, data analysis, and hands-on experimentation
- Define long-term platform architecture, make prioritization and trade-off decisions based on business impact, scalability, and leverage — not just feature demand
- Build products that scale across 70+ apps, multiple verticals, and diverse growth needs
- Drive automation and AI adoption in marketing workflows: creative generation, testing, optimization, attribution, and insights
- Define and own success metrics for MarTech products (ROI uplift, CAC reduction, LTV growth, time-to-market, experiment velocity) and track business impact
- Act as the Product Leader for the MarTech domain: set standards, shape best practices, and raise the quality bar
- Influence senior stakeholders and own outcomes end-to-end
- 5+ years of product management experience
- At least 2 years of experience and a proven track record owning internal MarTech, growth, or analytics products used by marketing, growth, or analytics teams within the mobile app industry
- Deep understanding of performance marketing (paid UA, funnels, attribution, LTV, CAC, ROAS)
- Experience building or evolving creative production systems (asset production, testing frameworks, iteration at scale)
- Practical exposure to AI/ML use cases in marketing (automation, prediction, generation, optimization)
- Strong data mindset and hands-on experience with Tableau, Amplitude, Firebase, and other analytics tools
- Platform-thinking mindset: building systems, not just features
- Ability to operate at Lead/ Head level: set direction, make trade-offs, own outcomes end-to-end, and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in fast-growing, product-led organizations where speed, scale, and ambiguity are the norm
