Head of Web Growth

AIBY

With over 70 products and 3 billion installs worldwide, AIBY is at the forefront of mobile-first product development with a focus on AI technology. Innovation and team spirit are the backbones of our company, and thanks to them, we’re proud of titles like ChatOn, iScanner, ARTA, Forma, OnSkin, Plantum, and many others. At AIBY, you can enjoy the work you do while helping millions of people.

This is a build-and-own role, not a maintain-and-report one. As Head of Marketing, you’ll decide where the budget goes, which channels win, and how fast we scale web acquisition across a multi-product Business Unit. You set the strategy—nobody hands it to you.

Your portfolio: 6+ cross-platform apps across web, iOS, and Android. ChatOn, an AI chatbot assistant with 100M+ downloads, is your anchor product—one of AIBY’s flagship apps by both revenue and downloads—and you’ll keep scaling it while picking up earlier-stage products and turning them into the next ChatOn.

From day one, you’ll lead a team of up to 10 direct reports, including User Acquisition and ASO Managers, and build the performance marketing function that drives real, measurable growth for the Business Unit. You’ll report directly to the Business Unit CEO.

Own Performance Marketing for the Business Unit end to end: strategy, budget, priorities, results

Make web acquisition the main growth priority while mobile keeps growing at pace

Decide how budget gets allocated across products, channels and geographies, and back those decisions with numbers

Own unit economics: plan it, forecast it, hit it

Run ASO as part of one acquisition engine, not a side function

Hire, coach and raise the bar for your Marketing team

Squeeze more out of every channel, audience, creative and funnel—testing never stops

Make Creative and UA work as one team, not two

Partner with Product and Growth on what actually moves acquisition, activation and monetization

Build the reporting and processes that let everything scale without you in every meeting

What you will do:

5+ years in Performance Marketing, with hands-on ownership of User Acquisition for subscription-based products, both mobile and web

3+ years in a leadership role with direct accountability for growth metrics— revenue, CAC, ROMI

Confirmed cases of scaling web acquisition—numbers you can talk through, not just channels you’ve touched

Channel mastery: Google, Meta, TikTok, Applovin and beyond. You can walk into any ad account, read what’s wrong, and tell the team exactly how to fix it

Deep understanding of unit economics, attribution, forecasting, and marketing analytics

Experience owning significant marketing budgets, from allocation to defending the numbers behind it

Leadership experience with direct reports—you’ve hired, mentored, and made hard calls when needed. You know what a high bar looks like, and you hold it

What you should have:

A real slice of AIBY’s entire portfolio in your hands—6+ cross-platform apps out of 70+ across the company, anchored by the flagship app by both revenue and downloads. Mature product, proven demand, real budget. We move at scale

Beyond that, you’ll get earlier-stage products with no fixed growth strategy yet—real space to build the approach from scratch, not just optimize someone else’s

Competitive fixed compensation + generous performance-based bonus

A full creative machine in-house: motion designers, graphic designers, brand, PR, influencer marketing. You orchestrate—they execute. No agency dependency

Results-oriented colleagues committed to scaling impactful products. Your team will help you achieve the most ambitious goals

Remote-friendly work environment with high autonomy and minimal bureaucracy

What we offer:

AIBY is a team of strong international top talents. This role allows for either hybrid (combining in-office and remote work), fully remote or in-office work.

Head of Marketing - AIBY

With over 70 products and 3 billion installs worldwide, AIBY is at the forefront of mobile and web app development with a focus on AI technology. Innovation and team spirit are the backbones of our company, and thanks to them, we’re proud of titles like ChatOn, iScanner, ARTA, Forma, OnSkin, Plantum, and many others. At AIBY, you can enjoy the work you do while helping millions of people.

Web is where we’re building what comes next. In 2025, web grew 10x year-over-year — and by mid-2026, we’re already close to repeating that entire year’s numbers. Now we’re looking for a Head of Web Growth to join one of our Business Units and take the web even further: from a strong growth engine to the dominant revenue driver across its app portfolio.

You’ll report to the CEO of the BU and lead a team of growth managers, who are already delivering solid results. Your job is to help them aim higher and build the systems that make strong performance repeatable.

Own web revenue performance across the unit and set the direction for how the team moves these numbers

Audit current web growth processes and build the strategy from there

Lead the shift to web-to-web as the primary growth format — scaling what works and fixing what doesn’t

Lead, mentor, and develop a team — raise the hard skills bar, drive accountability, and create the kind of environment where ambitious targets feel energizing rather than exhausting

Work closely with heads of product, marketing, analytics, and engineering to move initiatives from strategy to execution

5+ years of experience in growth or product marketing within subscription-based environments, with a strong focus on web and web-to-web

3+ years of leadership experience managing growth teams and driving cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, analytics, and engineering

Proven track record of taking subscription products through different stages: you’ve launched from scratch, scaled what was already working, and diagnosed why something that should be growing isn’t

Deep understanding of unit economics and web growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, churn, funnel conversion — and how they connect to each other

Understanding of how LTV prediction models are built and what drives them

Experience with payment infrastructure: you know how subscription billing works end-to-end

Hypothesis-driven approach to growth: you build experiments, read results honestly, and iterate fast

Sharp analytical thinking — you work comfortably with numbers, notice what others miss, and can translate data into decisions

Solid people management instincts — you know how to develop talent

Strong written and spoken English

Results-oriented colleagues committed to scaling impactful products. Your team will help you achieve the most ambitious goals

Remote-friendly work environment with high autonomy and minimal bureaucracy

Competitive fixed salary+ generous performance-based bonus

Medical insurance (depending on the location)

Paid vacations, sick days, and other benefits

Product Management

With over 70 products and 3 billion installs worldwide, AIBY is at the forefront of mobile and web app development with a focus on AI technology. Innovation and team spirit are the backbones of our company, and thanks to them, we’re proud of titles like ChatOn, iScanner, ARTA, Forma, OnSkin, Plantum, and many others. At AIBY, you can enjoy the work you do while helping millions of people.

We’re looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take full ownership of one of AIBY’s core product groups — up to $70M ARR consumer subscription business — and scale it into its next phase of profitable growth.

Your mission – maximize the Net Profit and Long-Term Value (LTV) of your multi-platform portfolio of apps across iOS, Android, and web by aligning product innovation with data-driven performance marketing.

Unlike a solo founder, you aren’t starting from zero. As a Business Unit CEO, you have:

immediate access to AIBY’s historical data from 70+ apps to see what works

centralized Legal, Finance, and HR so you can focus 100% on the product and the users

significant UA budgets and infrastructure already in place

P&L Ownership: you’re 100% accountable for the revenue, marketing spend, and operational costs of your unit

Strategic Roadmap: define the “Why” and the “When”. You decide which features to build based on their projected impact on retention and monetization

Growth & Monetization: work hand-in-hand with your UA Lead to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and Payback Periods. You’ll oversee the subscription funnel, A/B testing, and paywall optimizations

Cross-Functional Leadership: build, structure, and scale a high-performing team across Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Design

Resource/ Capital Allocation Strategy: you have the autonomy to decide where to “bet” your resources. If a specific app in your unit is scaling, you pivot the team’s focus there immediately

Partnership with the Board and Founders: you’re involved in strategic decision-making at the C-level, with direct impact on business metrics, financial results, and the product ecosystem

7+ years of experience in product-based B2C businesses (subscription, mobile/web)

3+ years in leadership roles with direct P&L ownership (CPO, CMO, GM, CEO, Product Director, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, etc.)

Product-Marketing Hybrid expertise: you can speak “Engineering” to the devs and “ROAS” to the marketers. You understand how a product change affects ad performance and vice versa

Proven 0→1 and scale-stage experience: launching new units, restructuring businesses, scaling early-stage products to meaningful revenue, or founding a startup

Strong financial acumen: you live in the dashboards. You understand the nuances of cohorts, LTV/CAC ratios, and churn rates in a subscription-based model

Mentality: ownership, clarity, decisiveness, speed, and persistence

Entrepreneurial mindset

Full strategic and operational ownership of a multi-million ARR business unit

Competitive fixed compensation + performance-based bonus + long-term incentive structure

The opportunity to scale a category-leading product portfolio into a global market-defining player

Results-oriented colleagues committed to scaling impactful products. Your team will help you achieve the most ambitious goals

Remote-friendly work environment with high autonomy and minimal bureaucracy

CEO, Business Unit

CEO, Business Unit - AIBY

With over 70 products and 3 billion installs worldwide, AIBY is at the forefront of mobile and web app development with a focus on AI technology. Innovation and team spirit are the backbones of our company, and thanks to them, we’re proud of titles like ChatOn, iScanner, ARTA, Writely, Solvo, Forma, OnSkin, and Plantum. At AIBY, you can enjoy the work you do while helping millions of people.

We’re looking for a MarTech Product Lead to own and evolve AIBY’s internal marketing technology ecosystem. This is a high-impact role for a product manager who has already built MarTech platforms for mobile apps and is ready to define vision, architecture, and long-term strategy at scale. You won’t be optimizing someone else’s tools — you’ll be defining how growth works at AIBY for years to come.

AIBY operates at a level of marketing and product complexity where off-the-shelf solutions are no longer enough. We invest heavily in proprietary MarTech platforms powering user acquisition, creative production, analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven automation across our entire app portfolio.

At AIBY, MarTech is not a support function — it’s a growth engine. We build internal products that directly define how efficiently and intelligently our business scales.

Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AIBY’s internal MarTech ecosystem

Build tools that empower Performance Marketing, Creative, Growth, and Analytics teams to move faster and smarter. Partner closely with these teams to identify growth bottlenecks and turn them into product solutions

Lead discovery through deep user research with internal stakeholders, data analysis, and hands-on experimentation

Define long-term platform architecture, make prioritization and trade-off decisions based on business impact, scalability, and leverage — not just feature demand

Build products that scale across 70+ apps, multiple verticals, and diverse growth needs

Drive automation and AI adoption in marketing workflows: creative generation, testing, optimization, attribution, and insights

Define and own success metrics for MarTech products (ROI uplift, CAC reduction, LTV growth, time-to-market, experiment velocity) and track business impact

Act as the Product Leader for the MarTech domain: set standards, shape best practices, and raise the quality bar

Influence senior stakeholders and own outcomes end-to-end

5+ years of product management experience

At least 2 years of experience and a proven track record owning internal MarTech, growth, or analytics products used by marketing, growth, or analytics teams within the mobile app industry

Deep understanding of performance marketing (paid UA, funnels, attribution, LTV, CAC, ROAS)

Experience building or evolving creative production systems (asset production, testing frameworks, iteration at scale)

Practical exposure to AI/ML use cases in marketing (automation, prediction, generation, optimization)

Strong data mindset and hands-on experience with Tableau, Amplitude, Firebase, and other analytics tools

Platform-thinking mindset: building systems, not just features

Ability to operate at Lead/ Head level: set direction, make trade-offs, own outcomes end-to-end, and influence senior stakeholders

Experience in fast-growing, product-led organizations where speed, scale, and ambiguity are the norm

A supportive atmosphere — we’re all for creativity and providing opportunities for self-fulfillment

Working on inspiring products in a team of supportive professionals

Remote work

Medical insurance and assistance (depends on the location)

English courses

Sports reimbursement program

Reimbursement of professional courses and trainings

A variety of corporate events and team-building activities

Paid vacations, sick days, and other benefits
