We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team.
What you will do:
- Project accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project accounting records, ensuring proper tracking and allocation of budgets.
- Financial analysis: Conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of the company’s operations, identifying risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Budgeting and control: Develop and manage the company’s annual budget, monitor budget performance, and implement corrective measures.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and analytics.
- Cash flow management: Monitor and control the financial flows within the group of companies.
What you should have:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in companies with foreign founders or multinational corporations
- Fluent in Russian and at least B1 English
- Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite (or other relevant accounting software)
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately analyze financial data
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies
- Ability to meet deadlines
