- Respond to customer inquiries
- Collect customer feedback
- Gather and analyze user information
- Provide regular feedback on common issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian
- Ability to work on night/weekend/holiday shifts
- Patience and an eye for detail
- Solid knowledge of mobile app market
- Ability to delve into tech details when necessary
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in relevant industries or call centers
- Communication experience in American English
