CEO of Publishing and M&A Unit

We have a wealth of in-house expertise in mobile product development, marketing, and publishing, and we’re eager to share it with our partners. We’re looking for a CEO of Publishing and M&A to launch AIBY’s new unit, craft the strategy, and build a strong team around you. As a pioneer, you’ll drive the business from zero to hero!
What you will do:
- Set up the functions of the Publishing and M&A almost from scratch and establish processes, including search and evaluation of potential partners
- Search for, monitor, and analyze mobile app developers to propose acquisition/ publishing services
- Create a Publishing and M&A team from scratch. You will be the first Publishing and M&A hire
- Coordinate interactions and collaboration of in-house AIBY teams (UA, Growth, BI, ASO, Legal etc.) with external development teams
What you should have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product, Product Marketing, or Marketing within the mobile app industry
- Ability to analyze and evaluate a product’s potential, identify strengths and weaknesses of products, teams, and mobile app developers
- Advanced English and Russian
- Strong management, communication, and pitching skills
- Healthy ambition and persistence
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Publishing or M&A deals in the mobile app industry
- Team leadership experience
