We’re looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take full ownership of one of AIBY’s core product groups — a 20M-install, $10M ARR consumer subscription business — and scale it into its next phase of profitable growth.
Your mission – maximize the Net Profit and Long-Term Value (LTV) of your multi-platform portfolio of apps across iOS, Android, and web by aligning product innovation with data-driven performance marketing.
Unlike a solo founder, you aren’t starting from zero. As a Business Unit CEO, you have:
- immediate access to AIBY’s historical data from 70+ apps to see what works
- centralized Legal, Finance, and HR so you can focus 100% on the product and the users
- significant UA budgets and infrastructure already in place
- P&L Ownership: you’re 100% accountable for the revenue, marketing spend, and operational costs of your unit
- Strategic Roadmap: define the “Why” and the “When”. You decide which features to build based on their projected impact on retention and monetization
- Growth & Monetization: work hand-in-hand with your UA Lead to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and Payback Periods. You’ll oversee the subscription funnel, A/B testing, and paywall optimizations
- Cross-Functional Leadership: build, structure, and scale a high-performing team across Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Design
- Resource/ Capital Allocation Strategy: you have the autonomy to decide where to “bet” your resources. If a specific app in your unit is scaling, you pivot the team’s focus there immediately
- Partnership with the Board and Founders: you’re involved in strategic decision-making at the C-level, with direct impact on business metrics, financial results, and the product ecosystem
- 7+ years of experience in product-based B2C businesses (subscription, mobile/web)
- 3+ years in leadership roles with direct P&L ownership (CPO, CMO, GM, CEO, Product Director, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, etc.)
- Product-Marketing Hybrid expertise: you can speak “Engineering” to the devs and “ROAS” to the marketers. You understand how a product change affects ad performance and vice versa
- Proven 0→1 and scale-stage experience: launching new units, restructuring businesses, scaling early-stage products to meaningful revenue, or founding a startup
- Strong financial acumen: you live in the dashboards. You understand the nuances of cohorts, LTV/CAC ratios, and churn rates in a subscription-based model
