Plantum Offers Free Access for Students and Educators
13 Jul 2023Students and educators can now get a Premium subscription to the Plantum app for free. It’s an opportunity to use the app’s top-notch features and extensive database of plants, minerals, mushrooms, and insects without spending a cent.
The Plantum for Educators and Students program welcomes all university students and educators who explore the realm of nature and want to incorporate Plantum into their studies or teaching. Participation is open to individuals interested in botany, biology, and related disciplines.
To take part in the program, students and educators need to fill out the application form on myplantum.com. Participants will receive free access to our Premium subscription for an entire year if they’re an iOS user and for 90 days if they have an Android device.
Plantum (formerly NatureID) is an AI-driven app that identifies 15,000 plants and other natural objects such as mushrooms, minerals, and insects, diagnoses plant diseases and provides plant care recommendations. Since 2019, the app has been downloaded by more than 20 million users and has been featured multiple times as one of the best apps in the Education category on Google Play and the App Store.
